Independence or National Days are the most important day for a country to celebrate as a national holiday. The majority of the countries on earth became independent after 1800 and many more following World War II when European powers granted independence to their colonial holdings, especially Africa.
People all over Egypt celebrate this day every year by having national parades and musical and dance performances in the country’s capital, Cairo and also by singing patriotic songs. The constitution of the country also comes together to delegate international treaties and extend their relationship with the other countries of the world, discuss the country’s performance, progress and peace on this day.
