All you need is: Peeled green plantains, Chicken broth (3 cans of chicken broth) Salt and pepper
- Slice the peeled plantains and put them in a blender.
- Add a cup of the chicken broth. Blend until smooth and free of lumps and Pour the remaining 2 cups of chicken broth into a large saucepan.
- Stir with blended plantain mixture and over it to cook over medium heat. Keep stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes, until soup is thickened.
- Then add your salt and pepper and serve hot!
