Inneh Festival Asaba


In pre-colonial Nigeria, wartime preparations were part of most communities.

In Asaba, the Inneh festival was a time when the war general showed his readiness to defend the city.

In recent times, this festival reenacts the heroics of warriors while attracting indigenes and non-indigenes.
